1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the MedCMS website, including public pages, educational articles, reserved articles, account-linked reader features, and related website functions (the Site).
The Site is operated by Moebiusol S.R.L., acting for the Oculus Vita / MedCMS service and, where the Oralert tenant is used, for the same MedCMS legal website layer under Oralert branding. In these Terms, we, us, and our refer to Moebiusol S.R.L. as Site operator unless a separate controller or contracting entity is stated for a specific service.
If you create an account, sign in to access reserved content, or otherwise accept these Terms through the Site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. What the Site is
The Site is a non-clinical educational content platform. It may provide public educational content, reserved educational content for authenticated readers, product and institutional information, curated resources, legal pages, and sign-in handoff to the approved identity service.
The Site does not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, emergency services, medical monitoring, clinical case management, or storage of screening workflow state or clinical records in MedCMS.
4. Medical and safety disclaimer
Site content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Clinical decisions must always be made by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals in the relevant care context.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, seek immediate help from local emergency services or an urgent-care provider. Do not rely on the Site for urgent or emergency care.
5. Eligibility and accounts
Public areas may be viewed without an account. Reserved content requires authentication through the approved identity service. If you use an account, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may require identity, entitlement, or role checks before granting access to reserved content. Authentication for reserved reading does not turn the Site into a clinical service or medical-record system.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Site unlawfully, fraudulently, to attack or bypass security, to scrape or bulk extract content without authorization, to misrepresent identity or entitlement, or to submit clinical records, special-category health data, or sensitive patient information through general website channels.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Site content, layout, design, graphics, branding, and compiled educational material are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may view the Site, print limited extracts for personal or individual professional reference, and share links to public pages. You may not redistribute reserved content, republish substantial parts of the Site, or create derivative commercial content without prior written permission.
8. Accuracy, availability, and updates
We aim to keep content accurate and current, but medical knowledge evolves, translations may lag, and materials may be simplified for educational clarity. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
If language versions conflict, the designated primary publication language controls to the extent permitted by law.

Unless mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes relating to these Terms or the Site are subject to the competent courts of Romania, without removing mandatory rights available to consumers or data subjects under applicable law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Site, law, security requirements, or service structure. The updated version will be published with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
